Xi Zeta Zeta's Educational Foundation was created in 2004 and is operated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable entity of the chapter.
The Executive Committee, as outlined in our chapter's Constitution and Bylaws, manages the Educational Foundation. This committee is composed of the chapter's President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and Secretary.

The principle activities and purpose of the Educational Foundation are to:
Award scholarships to high school seniors in the San Jose, Silicon Valley and South Bay Area communities for the pursuit of higher education
Conduct community service programs through our Z-Hope initiatives in support of the education of our community
The Xi Zeta Zeta Educational Foundation is funded by monies raised from our annual Finer Womanhood Scholarship Brunch, opportunity raffles, various fundraisers, individual donors, and grants received from local companies and organizations.

Xi Zeta Zeta is proud to award several scholarships to deserving high school seniors annually. Our talented scholarship winners have come from high schools such as Mt. Pleasant, Overfelt, Silver Creek, Yerba Buena, Milpitas, Piedmont Hills, Andrew Hill, and Santa Teresa, to name just a few. Additionally, our scholarship dollars have been used at colleges and universities across the United States, such as Stanford, Santa Clara, San Jose State, Cal State - East Bay, Grambling, Spelman, Howard, Xavier, Tuskegee, M.I.T., and many more.
