~ Serving the San Jose, Silicon Valley, and South Bay communities since 1988 ~
Xi Zeta Zeta Chapter strives to assist, educate and participate in local community services throughout the Silicon Valley and South Bay Area. While our primary goal is to meet the programmatic initiatives of our national leadership on the local level, we have also been fortunate enough to foster long-lasting partnerships with local groups and agencies, and serve our communities in other areas beyond our national call. Here are some examples of these partnerships and services.
Since 1972, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has enjoyed a partnership with the March of Dimes in an effort to encourage women to seek prenatal care within the first trimester of pregnancy to prevent birth defects and infant mortality. From this partnership grew the Stork's Nest Program, which is designed to promote prenatal care, participation and healthy behaviors during the pregnancy through​
education and incentives for the mother-to-be.

​Xi Zeta Zeta Chapter has had the opportunity to sponsor Stork's Nests located throughout the Santa Clara County . Additionally, our chapter holds community baby shower events annually to raise monies and baby items to donate to our locally, sponsored Stork's Nests.
